Clearly the developers in this case do not have the faintest clue what they are doing, and they went and they literally destroyed this app which i used to love, to an extent where one cannot play slot machines anymore. 

My VIP host has also enquired by the technical team, yet it stays broken. What a waste of time!!

How the CEO has not fired every single person who has had absolutely anything to do with this app and or their website, is beyond me. Barely anything works - half the time you can’t scroll up or down properly, you click buttons and nothing happens. Whoever was paid for this belongs in prison because they have clearly falsified their credentials and don’t know anything about apps or websites.

It’s A problematic app. I bought in for R500 and received a welcome bonus of R500 making it a R1000 to play with. I played and lost R800 I managed to continue playing up to R3000 . When I wanted to cash out the App wouldn’t allow me I called in they said they would have it escalated. Still no response nobody got back to me. I ended up just playing the whole R3000 and deleted the app🚮
