Supermotocross Video Pass

Most of the time it plays and drops out sporadically making watching very frustrating, some races such as red bud it wouldn’t even load, I have fibre to the tv so it can’t be lack of down load speed I’ve now resorted to YouTube, what a waste of $270, i definitely can’t recommend subscribing

Half of the 2024 Thunder Valley broadcast is missing. I’m trying to catch up on last weekends racing that I missed and the video stops after about an hour and a half into the 4 hour video and some of the races are missing from some of the earlier super cross archives Apart from these few things I’m pretty happy with the overall performance of the app

Very little support or options when app is not working whether it’s the livestream or a replay - delays on race replay being added. Unfortunate for it being the only option to watch for international watchers especially with the price tag attached. If you’re going to charge the fee that is charged it should be a top quality premium service. Pick up your game

This is so expensive it’s not funny, why then not available on race day?? Do I get a refund?

Video Pass is waste of money. No way of contacting them for tech help

When it works it is good, 90% of the time it works, it is the Philadelphia rd and it is not working

definitely no HD picture here. Watched the Indianapolis round MAR 2024 and it’s soo grainy like watching on a 10 year old TV. app also forgets where your up to and isn’t clear what you have watched or not

Do not pay for this. I won’t be getting it again. This is the worst app. Definitely not worth the money. The picture quality is terrible probably an overloaded server. It pauses all the time. You have to search through hours of nothing to find the action. Chromecast drops out so you can’t search for next race without turning it all off and starting again.

Drops out mid race and there’s no support for the app at all. The amount you pay is ridiculous considering how poor the quality is
