Surplus is an app that reduces waste from the source by selling imperfect, slow-moving and overstock goods that are still in good use & brand new as clearance sales to promote sustainability.

• Rescue your favorite items at the store at the window time
• Get your items while knowing that you have just helped reduce waste from the source

Lama dapat driver, refund mesti ke surplus pay
Di aplikasi ini nunggu drivernya bisa sampai 2 jam lebih. Pas mau cancel pesanan, dananya malah dibalikin ke surplus pay, dimana dia maksa kita untuk beli lagi meskipun udah kapok pakai aplikasinya. Jasi sekali kamu transaksi di aplikasi ini, uangmu ga bakal balik ke kamu meskipun kamu udah cancel pesanannya.

Jangan Spam Notif
Akhir-akhir ini sering kirim notif berkali-kali sekaligus dalam waktu yg sama. Mengganggu banget. Biasanya pagi/sore. Dan kalau notif nya di klik, hanya terbuka halaman utama App. Nggak berguna banget notifnya. Tolong di perbaiki

Aplikasinnya nge bantu kita yang mau makanan minuman murah tapi tetap berkualitas sama dengan harga harga pada umumnya dan banyak promo nya juga loh🤩
Sistem Bisnis Buruk
Setiap pesan delivery, pasti toko ga paham ada orderan, driver selalu ngomel nga bisa ambil makanan, cs juga lama untuk investigasi dan kasih solusi, promo juga tidak menarik, harga tidak terlalu menarik dibandingkan dengan aplikasi makanan lainnya

Overall udh bagus bgt konsep appsnya tapi tolong tombol backnya yg di pojok kiri atas jgn terlalu tinggi posisinya, jadi susah bgt di klik
