I’ve been using Sweat regularly since 2021. It’s amazing and has everything that you can ever ask for. Great programming (you’ve got years worth of strength training alone) amazing recipes (the updated food section is sooo good! 🤩), amazing UX and a community that is nice and supportive. I’m in the best shape ever thanks to Sweat! 😍
I used Kayla Itsines’ PDF guides before and thought they were enough, but I’m so glad I decided to get a membership on the Sweat app! The app takes motivation to a whole new level with real-time movements, countdowns, and a variety of programs to suit different goals. I love how easy it is to stay on track with its structured plans, recipes, and goal-setting features. The app has made my fitness journey much more enjoyable and effective. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile and motivating fitness tool!
It so diverse! You can adjust it in any way you want with or without equipment. If you’re in to heavy lifting or yoga, it works for everyone! I think I’m on my 9th year now!
This is my absolute favorite workout app I’ve ever tried 😍🙌🏻 However, I wish for the possibility to change the timer between sets. I always rest longer than 1 min to allow my muscles more recovery. I try to keep it between 1,5-2 min but I can’t change it at the moment, please make it possible 🥰

I really like this app. It is quite expensive but given the fact that you can workout in your own home, with little or none equipment I say it is worth it. Especially if you are a busy working mum . The workouts are short but intensive and if you follow the meal plan you are bound to see results rather quick.

My absolute favorite app! I have loved working out in gyms for many years but only with Sweat, I feel it’s “good enough” also at home. I use my sweat app in the gym also.
Been using this app for years and changed the program as life happened and realised yoga was the best for my body (and not power classes that I actually loves), now I am doing a second round of post partum journey and this app have what I need.
