It doesn’t work as said in description for premium user of guiding lane assistance. After so much of escalation Sygic team has done nothing and no refund also being done. In all money wasted, just promoting to purchase the app. Very poor service and false claims.
I have just opened this app from the App Store. I was only given one option and that was to download a map of Canada - I am in the U.K. - why would I want this?
Best navigation and i had issue on my account but they ve sort out little bit slow but sort it out
The app is buggy and has some really weird quirks. The voice instructions sound like a 1980’s computer game. The lane assistant will do its best to put you in the worst possible lane. One of the worst apps I’ve ever paid for. Giving 2 stars because the routes given do tend to be decent, it’s just the UX and bugs that absolutely ruin it.
It’s a decent app for offline navigation, but it opens on an incredibly slow to load upsell screen every single time, so much so that I got into the habit of disabling cellular data, opening the app, setting my destination, then re enabling data. The upsell, thankfully, doesn’t show again once you’re navigating.
Very good be even better if they was a cycling mode
I purchased the add on Caravan and Motorhome. This from the outset did not work. I gave it many chances and did numerous test journeys following it on the mapping. In most instances it was sending me on unsuitable roads for the size of vehicle. You can alter the dimensions but this makes no difference. When trying the same route set for a car it’s routing was identical as for a caravan. There is no way to tell it to keep of roads not suitable for two vehicles to pass. After at least 4 attempts to get a response with no reply I contacted Apple who made a full refund.
Used this app today, it managed to take me the longest route. During the journey it would state to look for another route then find out where it was to carry on. It stopped about a mile from my destination then said make a uturn then stopped the route. This is the second time I used the app so have no faith at all in it
Would have been a great app if it didn’t have the wrong information Speed limits in the UK and especially London change quite often, and the app doesn’t seem to be keeping up, and it’s providing incorrect speed limit information, making it really hard to rely on I like the CarPlay interface much more than waze, but speed limits are crucial
I opened a ticket with issue and nobody reply after 10 days. Cannot use app as is not taking any post codes in. Google maps works fine so is not mobile issues
