Beğendim güzel bir uygulama ama tabii ki eksikleri var daha da iyi olacak buna inanıyorum dizileri iyi arşivi daha da genişleyecek diye düşünüyorum desteklemek gerekiyor yeni diziler yeni filmler destek olursa devam eder diye düşünüyorum şahsen neden malum bir dijital platform var biliyorsunuz ismini yazmıyorum onun gibi olmasın ki tabii ki de olurben destek için üye oldum hiçbir çıkarım yok ama iki pencere koymuşlar üyelik penceresi bir çocuk penceresi bir tane de normal tencere bunu üçe dörde çıkartabilirler diye düşünüyorum Türkiye gerek Avrupa herkesi bu uygulamayı yüklemeyi tavsiye ederim destek çok önemli ama dediğim gibi çok çok daha iyi olacağına inanıyorum

Sayın Tabi Uygulaması Ekibi,

Öncelikle, yerli bir platform olarak uygulamanızın kullanıma sunulmasından dolayı sizi tebrik ederim. Dün uygulamanızı indirerek abone oldum ve büyük bir keyifle kullanmaya başladım. Ancak, film izlerken fark ettiğim bir durum hakkında geri bildirimde bulunmak istiyorum.

Filmleri genelde altyazı ile izlemek durumundayım, çünkü maalesef işitme duyumda bazı sorunlar var. Ne yazık ki, uygulamanızda pek çok yabancı dilde (İngilizce, Arapça, İspanyolca vb.) altyazı seçenekleri sunulurken Türkçe altyazı desteğinin olmaması beni oldukça üzdü. Bu durum, benim gibi işitme engelli bireyler için büyük bir engel oluşturuyor.

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin üretmiş olduğu bir platformda Türkçe altyazı seçeneğinin olmaması, kullanıcıların büyük bir bölümünü dışarıda bırakıyor ve bu durumun geliştirilmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Sizden ricam, Türkçe altyazı desteğinin platformunuza eklenmesi ve daha kapsayıcı bir deneyim sunmanız yönünde gerekli çalışmaları başlatmanızdır.
Göstereceğiniz anlayış ve desteğiniz için şimdiden teşekkür ederim. Çalışmalarınızda başarılar dilerim.
