This is my first time writing an app review since TADA customer service was not helpful at all.

Driver no show and he did not pick up calls nor reply messages. I had no choice but to cancel the ride because I was in a hurry (otherwise no need to call TADA?)

I wasted a good 15 mins and ended up I have to call grab instead. I was charged for 5SGD cancellation fee. Emailed TADA to report the driver, and there was no response after a couple of days. Customer service replied that driver did arrive so the cancellation fee is on passenger, so was I blind? If the driver arrived, why do I need to cancel the trip?

I do not recommend TADA even though it is slightly cheaper than Grab.

While it is reasonable to charge late arrival fees, it is extremely unfair to riders for being wrongly charged despite arriving within the window period. I recently had the experience of boarding the car within the time frame and yet was still charged the late fee. The driver delayed set off time and the eventual recorded time exceeded the window period. I tried appealing but to no avail, despite providing screenshot of my timely arrival. Customer service via call and email was disappointing. They lost a customer permanently over $3.

Tada's customer support is horrendous. I've been ghosted when disputing an unfair charge and led around in circles for a separate account issue while being told to "make sure the app is updated and that you have a strong internet connection" (as if that's not common sense!!!), with no resolution to the actual issue. Was asked to send a screenshot of the issue, then asked to confirm information that I had already confirmed before, all while receiving no useful assistance whatsoever. It's absolutely ridiculous that it's taken almost 2 years to get to this point and the issue is STILL not resolved. I'd give this app 0 stars if it was even an option.

Had a terrible experience with a racist driver in Singapore. Wrote a long email explaining what happened to Customer Service, never got a reply. Followed up 3 times and everytime they say they have submitted to the department for review. Customer service is non existent. Good luck if you run into any issue on this platform.

The app has a a very annoying bug. When a car is approaching, a pop-up appears which states that the driver has arrived. This is often not the case, e.g. it might get stuck in traffic close a busy dropoff point. The pop-up cannot be closed! There is only a „confirm“ button. If I click on it, the late charge clock starts. If I don‘t, I don‘t see the map. Very annoying, please fix it asap!!!

With the implementation of live activity, information on lock screen and Dynamic Island is easier to look at but TADA till date still didn’t catch up and implement into its app while competitors already included into it for iOS and WatchOS.

Secondly, the pickup location always suggest to driver at the other location during pick up thus always need to walk to that location rather then the actual pickup point at the respective block.

The app works fine while I’m searching for a ride but once a driver is confirmed and the app tries to fetch the location of the driver, it will keep crashing. This makes it impossible for me to see the ride details and make any in-app contact with the driver. This makes the app totally unusable as I literally have zero visibility on the ride details or have any way of contacting the driver. Extremely frustrating and you need to fix this ASAP. It literally makes the app unusable.

Whenever I purchase a voucher from Shopback and apply it, the price inexplicably jumps, making my total spent much more expensive than anticipated. 

After experiencing this twice, it's clear that this isn't random—it's a deliberate tactic.
