I got a great work out even though it’s only about 10 minutes a day . There seems to be enough explanation to do the exercises without hurting oneself. I am enjoying this app thus far.

Very good start. Getting more limber without excessive exertion.
A good workout. Lots of good forms. 30 seconds each makes it go fast.
This program is perfectly matched to my needs and is very enlivening.
There are a good variety of exercises but the videos go pretty fast—probably too fast for allot of older folks. When the excercizes involve, for instance, repeatedly jumping and switching feet while simultaneously performing arm movements, it would be very easy to lose your balance, fall and hurt yourself. If you use this app, I would strongly suggest you not try to go as fast as the videos show. Also, isn't Tai chi supposed to be very slow anyway? Why is everything so rushed??

Great for workout and fantastic for balance and coordination

I like the simple easy workout in the morning, considering I haven’t exercised or weight lifted in years. Good way to get back into shape slowly, but surely.
I felt refreshed doing this like a pile of weights was lifted off of my back and after a week I felt more energized and I have more flexibility
