They tell you there’s a discount and when the driver arrives they charge you double the price and remove the discount

I ordered twice tonight ! And talabat took my money and didnt get my order through, there is no contact center ! And i cant even contact them on talabat the option is not available, so disappointing!

This is my first time using the app, and I’m very disappointed. My order was canceled without any explanation or apology until I contacted support. When I complained about the cancellation and the fact that I received the wrong items, they simply told me to place a new order, as if they hadn’t just wasted 40 minutes of my time waiting! On top of that, the delivery driver had to drive 25-30 minutes to me, only to be disappointed that the order wasn’t mine, and now has to go back because of their mistake. Offering a 1 JOD voucher feels more like an afterthought than a genuine attempt to resolve the situation. It doesn’t make up for the inconvenience, wasted time, or the poor handling of the issue. This is unacceptable

I have been a Talabat customer for over 1.5 years, using the platform daily. Unfortunately, I recently had a very disappointing experience. I was promised a refund for an issue with my order, only to be told a week later that it’s not Talabat’s responsibility and that the refund cannot be processed because it’s on the restaurant’s side. This is not acceptable. The transaction was made through Talabat, and it’s their duty to resolve issues between customers and restaurants. If the restaurant is at fault, Talabat should handle the situation on the customer’s behalf. This is not about the amount but about the unprofessional way the issue was handled and the poor attitude toward loyal customers. I will be uninstalling the app and using other platforms that provide better customer support and accountability. Extremely disappointing experience!

انا عميل عند هذه الشركة طلبت طلب وكان هناك خطأ بالموقع وبعد تصحيح الخطأ انتظرت 50 دقيقه ولم يصل الطلب وتواصلت مع الدعم وقمت بالغاء الطلب ثم تواصل معي السائق وقام بتهديدي وابتزازي وبقي اكثر من ساعه تحت شقتي واحضر لي الامن واجبرني على دفع المبلغ وتواصل معي الدعم أكثر من 4 مرات بدون فائدة وهددت حياتي للخطر لا اوصيكم باستخدام التطبيق ولدي مكالمات ومحادثات مسجلة ولدي رقم الطلب موثق وسوف اقوم بنشر قصتي على جميع مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي بمجرد ان تصبح حياتي آمنه

Order from google and restaurants around you. Better than this joke. Ratings are not real, tracking time is not real. They always blame the restaurants. While if you order from the restaurant you see it is a great place. And restaurants on google that have 3/5 ratings. And are known to be not good on Talabat app they are 5/5 ratings even if you order and give them a rating of 1 your name appears with a 5/5. This is a joke everything works by paying money.
