No customer support available
Trying to raise one critical issue that I am not able to log in to the App even though I have premium access and paying $35 monthly . There is no reply from last 5 days . Worst support , no acknowledgment of request raised multiple times.
Too basic
This app did not have a very good calendar function. It inly had one basic calendar and no option to swap days etc which is super important for co parenting! Unfortunately this app just didn’t quite hit the mark for us.
Very Glitchy
App closes when it feels like it, some things will work then they won’t and vice versa. Trying to upload photos to the vault and each time I scroll through my photos to add it goes back to the start. Disappointing it’s going to cost me $16.99 at least per month. As a newly single mum on government benefits it is hard enough as it is. And froze and kicked me out and I couldn’t log back in and has errors. Tried resetting password and still errors
App does not work outside US
App features are good except for the fact if you are outside the US you cannot make phone calls. Still charged full amount no discount offered. No information of this issue listed by app
Rubbish
To use the app you have to pay no point downloading it it’s only free on the website
Scam
Says it costs $9.99 yet it’s actually charging me $16.49, quite ridiculous and needs to be fixed.
Communication
This App needs filters to prevent use by impolite persons.
It doesn’t work!
We have both got the app with accounts. Both the app is saying we require the other partner to sign in.
Not working
Was working well the first few months. Now hardly works
