I used to use this app its was good at starting but after some months they start deducting the money in the name of membership which I don’t want . And I try to call customer service they didn’t pick up the call when I mail to there customer support they didn’t solve and still deducted the money . It’s feel really bad that I need to pay money for something which one not even did by myself . I never gonna use this app again.

i still wait for my refund Tamara took with no item received from Merchant. still not refunded. since im waiting for my refund the pending beware using tAmara. they support merchants that scams also they deduct from your card even you deleted and changed the card already. this is not right. 2 months now tamara did nothing to resolve. they still let merchant operate. not return my money. so disappointing. Stealing money is not legal when its not authorized. Tamara supports scams and deducts from card even its no longer saved on the app so be careful

They keep on deducting 19AED to me monthly and I didnt even activate that membership!!!! Scammmm
And since last month I keep on reaching up with them even on email no one is replying to my messages and concern! The customer service is WORST as well. They cant help you with your concern. Very useless 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Pathetic company following unethical practices. They have fake reviews all over the app store to boost new users but the reality is that they will force you into using Tamara SMART. However, be aware of hidden charges. Firstly, if you make a payment on the 24th, you will be charged the 1st installment on the same day and then the next installment is on the 1st of the following month. In essence, you’re paying half the money within a week so there’s zero benefit. On top of that, you pay 19 dhs per month membership fees and if you want to cancel it, you have to pay the entire outstanding balance. None of this is made obvious to the user when signing up. It clearly shows their priority is not customer experience. Lastly, their customer service / help center is useless. They couldn’t even assist me properly with my Emirates ID verification. They just said sorry try again in 24 hours. All in all, never using this unethical company’s services again.
