I absolutely love this app I do have one suggestion tho that could be very beneficial. Having collections or something like that would be good because I find having it saved in that big long list makes it hard to find certain comics and I think if you guys could consider that it would make the app even more better
I’m confused, all comics and novels I read have previously been available in my country but now none of them are! I go to read a WUF episode but a message just pops up saying ‘sorry this content is not available in your country’, I have been using tapas for over a year and this bug is the worse one I have seen since most are unnoticeable. PLEASE FIX IT 🙏🙏! Also I have been restricted to free episodes and WUF episodes only I can’t purchase episodes It just won’t let me even if I can afford it.
I love this app, but suddenly I’m no longer able to read so many comics (some I was able to just a few days prior) because the content is not available in my region?! What is going on? It’s so frustrating, especially when I’ve bought ink to be able to read them.

I used to love tapas but they've been making multiple changes that make it harder to use their app for free. The most recent update completely removed the ability to get the latest episodes via watching ads, which was originally a feature that replaced another way to get free episodes. It seems like the execs at tapas don't understand that when you treat the customer poorly they're gonna stop using your product.
The app is user friendly, easy to understand and offers a wide variety of unique comic and novel content. I have had no issues using the app for the last few years, which is what prompted me to write this review. It’s just a great app and I’ve found the community to be much more positive and LGBTQIA+ friendly than on other webcomics platforms (coughwebtooncough)
The stories are so good, I love reading them. But even though you can get free ink, it’s never enough to read anything and tapas takes it away so you can’t accumulate enough to read a chapter.

I personally think the ink system is really frustrating, I can’t really watch anything without ink. Although this app has excellent stories, it’s annoying to have to get more and more ink just to finish the story.
tapas is an incredible platform and has a dedicated and innovative feature that directly helps it’s authors with its use of ink. the wait for free feature offers a way for those who can’t afford it to be able to read for free and is a great way to pace myself when reading. i’ve been using it for years to read manhwas and it never stops giving. i’ve found nearly all of my favourite manhwas here and simply cannot live without tapas my only critique is the removal of earning ink by watching ads. the new way is a lot more difficult, completing actions and surveys to earn ink is not only time consuming but also a bit invasive. there have also been times where i took time to complete a survey for ink and it crashed last minute thereby wasting my time. i’d prefer to bring back the option to earning ink by watching ads since it was easier on those who can’t afford to constantly buy ink.
