Om de app te blijven gebruiken en van de functies te genieten, kun je upgraden naar een TapeACall Pro-abonnement. Het TapeACall Pro-abonnement bevat onbeperkte opnames en wordt automatisch verlengd, tenzij je automatische verlenging uitschakelt ten minste 24 uur voor het einde van de huidige periode. Je iTunes-account wordt binnen 24 uur voor het einde van de periode belast voor de verlenging, afhankelijk van het gekozen plan. Je kunt je abonnement beheren en automatische verlenging op elk moment na aankoop uitschakelen in je accountinstellingen.

Hoe neemt deze app telefoongesprekken op?

Kijk naar onze schermopnames voor stap-voor-stap instructies.

Wanneer u tijdens een gesprek dit wilt opnemen, opent u TapeACall en drukt u op de Opnameknop. We plaatsen uw gesprek in wacht en bellen ons opnamenummer. Wanneer ons opnamenummer antwoord, tikt u op de Toevoegen knop op uw scherm om een 3-weg gesprek te creëren tussen u, uw andere beller en ons opnamenummer.

Als u een uitgaand gesprek wilt opnemen, druk dan gewoon op de Opnameknop. De app zal ons opnamenummer bellen en zal beginnen opnamen van zodra ons opnamenummer antwoord. Wanneer dit gebeurt, tik dan op de Gesprek toevoegen knop op uw scherm, bel de persoon waarmee u het gesprek wilt opnemen, en druk dan op Gesprek toevoegen knop wanneer deze antwoord.

Kan ik opnames downloaden naar mijn computer?

Ja, en we hebben dit heel eenvoudig gemaakt. Van in de app zelf kunt u de opname toevoegen aan een email en deze naar uzelf sturen in MP3-formaat, of u kunt op de Delen knop drukken en een korte URL vinden die u kunt ingeven in de browser op uw PC.

Zeer omslachtig gedoe om een opname te starten en dan werkt het niet eens. Diegene die je belt wordt in de wacht gezet, vervolgens moet je zelf een of ander vaag nummer bellen en de boel samen voegen. Automatisch komt het bericht dat het nummer dat je probeert te bellen niet werkt. Zonde van mijn geld! Veel te duur!

I bought this app desperately as I needed a voice recorder immediately. I was just not happy that the call merging is not suitable if you the company your calling had an answering machine were you can choose the number you have to dial to be directed to the call you need. This only works for a direct call but not for calls where there are options of numbers to dial. Now I did not use it at all and scared to be charged again and again. Wil someone help me to cancel my subscription or even refund my money if possible too?  Thank you
