Hopeless app, not user friendly at all. Content these days has deteriorated in value and quality.
Unable to view magazine on iPhone 11, only able to see the bottom half of the pages at the top of the screen. Please could you update.
Great mag!
OK to read mag, but tediously similar to other mag readers. No use of any digital extras, e.g. "Try on " the featured clothes or makeup on a photo of the reader. Not even a slow build of two page adverts, nope just the old swipe across to see page two. If I was an advertiser I would expect a more exciting platform. This format is starting to show its age.
Works on both my iPhone and iPad.
I bought the Tatler and only part of it downloaded ! I complained to Apple and received a full refund. It seems that you to subscribe to Tatler to actually read the whole mag on iPad.
Avoid if you don't subscribe with Conde Nast. My issue only downloads partly & when I complained to Conde Nast was told I had to deal with Apple who "can't" refund my subscription & told me to take it up with my bank!! Sorry ?
I am glad I took a print subscription because even with fibre optic I gave up waiting for the magazine to download. They need to reduce the graphics resolution because it's a waste of time otherwise
Oh dear, this app crashes and loses the edition you've bought. Having to reinstall .
