## Taxi Coop Description
The Taxi Coop mobile application is the easiest and most efficient way to order a taxi in your city! Provided for free by the largest taxi company in Quebec, the application allows you to order a taxi in just a few taps.

The process is as simple as can be: launch the application and it immediately localizes your position. Confirm that the address identified is the correct one; if it isn’t, you are free to change it manually. Add notes if necessary, choose the method of payment and place your order. A cab will be assigned to you quickly and, in the meantime, you can track it making its way towards you on the mobile application’s map. Finally, a notification will be sent once the taxi is less than a mile from your location.

Impossible d’ajouter une carte de crédit pour faire une réservation à l’avance. Seul la méthode En main propre s’affiche. Quand je veux utiliser une carte enregistrée on me demande d’ajouter à nouveau les informations de la carte….et même en ajoutant une deuxième fois les infos ça ne fonctionne pas. Dommage j’ai dû téléphoner 🤦🏻‍♂️

N’installez pas cette app. J’ai commandé un taxi via l’application mais eff ai payé le chauffeur en personne.
L’app continue d’afficher ma localisation ainsi que celle du chauffeur depuis plus de 2 heures! Je ne sais pas si le chauffeur voit ma géolocalisation en retour mais c’est très flippant. J’ai envoyé un courriel à l’équipe de soutien - en attente de leur réponse.

Prix pas a jour, une run de quebec a trois-riviere etait a 290$ envirron et le chauffeur nous a dit 375$ et que le tarif etait pas a jour. En prime apres avoir regarder sur uber sa maurais seulement couter 163$-200$ dependament de l’option choisi. En gros les taxis ne sont toujours pas capable d’offrir dequoi qui a de l’allure.

Premièrement, les chauffeurs ne veulent jamais laisser payer par l’application et obligé de prendre la machine dans l’auto. (Soit en annulant la ride, ou en ne la marquant pas comme terminée pour que l’app ne donne pas l’option de payer).

Deuxièmement, le suivi de l’auto en temps réel vers l’embarquement ne fonctionne pas.

La plupart des chauffeurs son super gentil et parmis d’autre dés profiteur sois y demande plus d’argent que d’habitude comme mon expérience ou début y ma dit 45 $ et 5$ de pourboire pcq j’ai dit dans un coin qui étais de 14klm qui étais ou courant pis pars après y ma dit c’est 20klm pis que le prix étais de 60$ j’y est dit que c’était bien 14klm pendant un festival et d’ailleurs y ma dit si sa me dérange ont peux laisser faire . A faire très attention ou ptit malcommode surtout quand vous êtes sur l’effet de l’alcool je dit pas que tout les chauffeurs sont comme sa mais y’en a ! Et d’ailler l’appli me redemande de payer tant dit que j’ai déjà payer en personne vraiment problématique l’appli faudrais revoir

The app works fine for the most part, letting you know when your taxi has arrived and tells you who your driver is and what car they are driving.

The major issues I’ve experienced mainly revolve around the reservation system. Reservations are set around a certain time, but the final dispatch is seemingly random. I’ve booked cabs for a time that sometimes show up 15 minutes early, or don’t arrive until an hour later, all of which were booked at the same time within the reservation system.

Another major problem I’ve had is that sometimes the app gets “stuck” on a specific driver even after you’ve completed the ride and have paid the fare. You can’t exit from this screen (no additional bookings or moving across the map possible in this state) for any reason, which prevented me from getting rides at the time I’ve needed them on two occasions.

The first issue is a minor inconvenience, but the second issue should be addressed as soon as possible. Until such a time I would not consider the app 100% reliable.

Quand j’ai téléchargé l’application, j’ai remarqué les avis de longueur qui était reproché à cet application et aux taxis. Je me suis dis je vais prendre la peine de programmer à l’avance ma course….plus de 1h30 de retard j’ai dû annuler ma course. Après les taxis se demande pourquoi Uber prend toute la place…!

My ride was ‘cancelled by the system’ … only that the system didn’t tell me about it. So my reserved taxi never showed up. I only randomly found out by checking my order history. Needless to say I didn’t make it to my appointment in time. Absolutely frustrating.
