The app itself seems ok, but the gps/map it’s not accurate. I was waiting for my order in front of the house at it showed on the map that the delivery man was approaching to my area, but somehow it showed that he went somewhere else. I waited to see if he’s coming but suddenly he disappeared from the map. I’ve contacted the help from the app right away and they said my order was cancelled and non refundable as I wasn’t home. ( it’s true that my phone number connected with the app was an old one, but still no one reach the destination and no one tried to ring at the door or something like Glovo delivery men does!) Really frustrating as I was literally waiting in front of my house. I said ok, please contact the driver and send him back and I am willing to pay for the transport again, as everything happened minutes away. The lady said she doesn’t have the driver number and it is what it is!!! So I just lost the food I’ve paid more than 30€! I’ve contacted after customer service with the hope that I will receive a further discount or a voucher for this situation but they haven’t answered back. Really disappointing…

Am primit comanda greșită si cei de la ajutor o tot cerut poza dupa poza am trimit poze si pentru ca aparent cu am trimis ce poze o vrut ei ( o fost doar 2 produse câte poze sa le fac 😂) o închis conversația si asa o ramas eu cu banii dați si comanda greșită.

If you plan on actually receiving your food do not order from Tazz. Horrible app and very horrible experience. I have had my order cancelled numerous amount of times after waiting for over an hour for food to arrive, only just to get a message that “my number is wrong” and the driver couldn’t contact me.

Am uitat ce inseamna sa mai gatesc, poti sa comanzi mancare ca la mama acasa printr-un simplu click. I love TAZZ

I used the app for around 2 years. The app itself is good, but they advertise a delivery time that is not respected. Using the support chat I found out they usually don’t have a rider to pick up the order. Last time I ordered something from Starbucks which was supposed to arrive in 20 min, but it arrived in one and a half hour, cold.

Connecting with EMag it’s the worst part it just dosen’t let me log in and it says that I have already an account but I don’t, someone please delete this method it’s just stupid

Faptul ca toate prețurile la restaurante sunt imense, deseori mai mari decât in restaurant pentru ca Tazz retine aproape 30% din valoarea comenzii, acum au mai pus si costuri “operationale” de 2 lei. Cât sa nu te enerveze tare. Veniturile imense reținute de la restaurante nu acopereau “dezvoltarea aplicației” si ce prostii mai scriu pe acolo. S-au mai gândit sa ma ia 2 lei pe comanda, degeaba - ca si sa nu se simte. aplicația, sincer e ok. Tot legat de bani - ce bine ar fi dacă ar pune un filtru si dupa preț :) pot gândi ei un algoritm relevant - ca doar d-aia iau bani cu 2 mâini - si de la utilizatori si de la comercianți :)

Friday evening, app is crashed, website is crashed. Some restaurants can only be found on tazz and can’t place an order due to apl and website malfunctions. 2 star review only because I used it before and was ok, otherwise would have been 1 star, this type of issues are not acceptable for an food app especially on Fridays
