Would be great to add one Emeregency/ quick summarize option in app. It would be great to add an emergency/quick summary option to the app. For example, if you have various accounts in different currencies, instead of choosing each one for a transfer, you could mark all of them and with one click, accumulate the sums from various accounts into one account. This would save time and energy, as you would have all your money instantly in one total sum on one account.

Firstly their customer support are all lazy, I wonder how they qualify to be a customer support. I requested a change of number since march 12, I was informed that it has been change at March 12. Fast forward to April 2nd, I made a online transaction and it was declined, then TBC bank blocked my card, I tried to contact them via message in the app since am not in the country, they unblocked my card, however April 4th I saw a new message asking if I was aware about the transaction that was made on my account, and I clearly responded “yes”. April 5th, I had a found out I had -5324.59 gel, a equivalent of the amount they declined on April 2nd. I even had up to 200$ in my account and they took it for no reason. All means to contact the bank has failed, and they have been trying to reach me on my old number which I had requested that it should be change at March 12. So the customer support lied to me about the change of number, I don’t receive sms, the bank took my 200$, the bank made several internal transfer on my account. And now on my account it shows I owe the bank -5324.59 Gel, of which till date, nobody even tried to contact me.

ყოველ დღე აფდეითს მთხოვს აპი. თუ არ დააფდეითდა ზოგ ოპერაციას არ მასრულებინებს. ძალიან შემაწუხებელია 🥲

ყოველთვის მოუწესრიგებელი აპლიკაცია რანაირად გაქვთ?!!!!
