Make managing your money easier
Open a EUR account in the app with no opening or monthly maintenance fee. Check your balance and transactions whenever you want.
Get your neon card with no issuance or maintenance fee, delivered to your address. Pay in stores and online, or add it to Apple Pay or Google Wallet.
Withdraw cash twice a month from ATMs with no fee from tbi bank. ATM operators may charge their own fees.
Add money to your neon account using a card from another bank.
Pay bills and send money in just a few taps
Open a term deposit from €1, choose a term, and add more money during the first 30 days. Check your balance and accrued interest in the app. Rates depend on the term and currency you choose. Eligible deposits are protected under the applicable deposit guarantee scheme.
Put more options in your pocket
If eligible, activate a Shopping Limit of up to €2,500 for purchases with neon. Switch between your own money and Shopping Limit in the app, and see both balances separately.
Split an eligible neon card purchase into 3, 6 or 12 installments from your transaction history. Three-installment plans have no fee; other options may have fees.
Changed your mind about paying all at once? You can also split an eligible purchase you already made with your own money. The amount returns to your account, and you repay it in installments. See the available options and any fees before confirming.

tbi bank provides loans in amounts ranging from €200 to €40,000, with repayment terms ranging from 5 to 120 months and an Annual Percentage Rate (APR) ranging from 13% to 50%. The time required for the loan to be disbursed depends on the credit assessment of the borrower and the selected method of disbursement.

Example: For a loan disbursed as of 01 January 2026 in the amount of €10,000, with a repayment term of 60 months and without insurance, the customer will make 60 equal monthly instalments of €251.34 each, with the first instalment due on 05 February 2026. The total amount of the loan is €10,000. The total amount payable by the customer is €15,080.48. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is 18.91% and the Fixed Annual Interest Rate is 17.52%.
