La modalità timer non funziona,praticamente è impossibile impostare i timer (cosa utilissima sia per accendere ad un determinato orario e sia per spegnere).La cosa bella è che la modalità timer dal app ha smesso di funzionare da svariati mesi e ad oggi ancora non si sono degnati di risolvere il problema.

Ho acquistato un condizionatore tcl, per quanto riguarda il condizionatore in se e per se è perfetto per il dovere che deve svolgere, ma la funzionalità smart è pessima a causa dell’app.
Ha smesso di funzionare subito dopo qualche giorno a seguito dell’aggiornamento dell’app.

Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento non si collega piu al condizionatore e bisogna utilizzare il telecomando. Se uno paga in piu per averlo smart almeno bisognerebbe controllare queste minime cose!

Mi chiedo come possa una multinazionale mettere online una versione dell’app così piena di bug, praticamente inutile. Solo per fare un esempio, non si riescono ad eliminare i timer in alcun modo, quindi i climatizzatori si accendono ogni giorno da soli. Leggendo le recensioni questi problemi sono tutt’altro che recenti, quindi non credo che l’azienda sia molto attenta al cliente.

Impossibile da configurare con gogle home, non si riesce ad accoppiare i dispositivi con L app. Dal menu dei dispositivi non esistono i modelli che ho io, ben 2 diversi ma nessuno è presente.

La uso per comandare la televisione, è molto comoda. Suggerisco agli sviluppatori di implementare la funzione mouse per emularne il comportamento, sarebbe molto utile per quelle applicazioni non native difficili da controllare con i tasti standard del telecomando. Attualmente la soluzione è di collegare un mouse fisico però sarebbe più elegante poter indirizzare il puntatore scorrendo il dito sullo schermo del cellulare.

### *---- "L’app è veramente penosa, esperienza frustrante"
Trovo molto utile controllare il condizionatore con il cellulare, anzi mi è indispensabile, non utilizzo mai il telecomando ricevuto in dotazione perché molto meno pratico. 
Proprio per questo motivo un app che dovrebbe funzionare come telecomando non può aprirsi ogni volta con una maledetta pubblicità, che è possibile skippare ma essendo il tasto per farlo molto piccolo spesso e volentieri si clicca sulla pubblicità stessa. Inoltre il punto in cui bisogna cliccare per accedere a certe funzioni non si trova in corrispondenza del logo da premere ma leggermente sotto. 
In definitiva un esperienza frustrante sotto ogni aspetto
