The app only looks for Roku TVs and the QR code does not correct that. So useless until the app stays up to date with products. But what do I expect when the spouse chooses the budget tv.

I bought this TV last night at Best Buy. I knew it was going to be cheap because of the price, but I did not think it was gonna be this cheap. I am unable to add this TV to my Alexa device because it’s not finding it. No one at support knows what to do. They told me to call Amazon.

Just got a brand new TV and the app can’t even find it. Buggy

I haven’t even had the app for 20 minutes and I’m uninstalling. I got the Q85H recently and wanted to try out the AI Sonic calibration. Lord. I had the same issues some people had over a year ago according to the review date. Bluetooth connection issues even when the soundbar says I’m connected. The calibration setup ended up being worse than me manually going through each setting to adjust to my liking. Either the devs don’t listen or it’s just an app that needs a complete overhaul. I don’t want ads as I see some people complaining about, just an overall bad experience.

Saw the poor ratings; downloaded anyway because of a recent so-called “bug fix” update. It needs a lot more work. The app won’t open, at all; just a blank screen. Uninstalled.

The app works except for that

The app worked once then never again, It wont detect my brand new ac unit and is worthless. Wouldn’t recommend TCL products.

This app is trash! I just bought a new TCL frame tv (10/11/24) I scanned the QR code and made me download this app. I created an account but not getting any verification code.
