Tried to sign up on 2 different emails and my phone #… never even sent a variation code to log in..to any of them..

Please fix the app! One day I went on to the app and it was coming up in Celsius instead of Fahrenheit. The app no longer worked to my connected window unit. I have lost that remote because I’ve been using the app to operate it for the last year and a half.

Can not even install the app on my IOS , I am still waiting for the email to finish setting it up… Feedback would be appreciate for help desk…

This app was not robust to begin. The latest version of this app even worse. I use the app with my TCL dehumidifier. When the dehumidifier is full, the app sends me notifications CONSTANTLY; literally every 3 seconds. It's ruining the entire experience of using my phone and it's draining my battery faster because my screen is constantly on because of the notifications. Fix this app, my God.

I recently downloaded the TCL Home app with high hopes of conveniently controlling my AC unit. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite meticulously following all the provided instructions, I was unable to establish a connection between the app and my AC. The user interface seemed promising at first, but the connectivity issues overshadowed any potential benefits. After numerous attempts and troubleshooting, I decided to erase the app. It simply wasn’t worth the hassle, and now I understand why it has such a low rating. I was really looking forward to the convenience this app promised, but it failed to deliver on its core functionality. I hope the developers take these issues seriously and work on improving the app. Until then, I cannot recommend the TCL Home app to anyone looking to control their AC remotely.

Not sure why it’s doing this, but when our dehumidifier is full it sends a notification saying something is wrong with the unit. That’s not the issue though as it’s letting you know it needs attention. The issue is that it sends a seemingly unlimited amount of notifications. As in almost a hundred in a span of a half hour. Had to turn the notifications off because I’m not sure what else to do.

The app doesn’t work at all. Whatever action you select, it does not work in the AC. This app is a laughable joke.

The WiFi connection doesn’t work. After 2 weeks the ac could no longer connect to the app. I tried all the troubleshooting and also called in and went through all the troubleshooting with the representative. I’m genuinely disappointed I can’t use my phone to control my ac. It’s pointless having a WiFi ac. I wish the company would fix the issue and create a new app or repair this one. I tried deleting the app and now I can’t download it from the QR code in the manual. Something is faulty on their end

Funny… my review disappeared!???? We use app for dehumidifier. You’d think for a “remote” app it will tell you when the dehumidifier was full!?! NOPE! So it’s a trip to the basement every time just to check if it’s full or not.
