## TDLidar Description
Stream real-time depth data from your iPhone's TrueDepth sensor directly to TouchDesigner via NDI.

TDLidar captures the front-facing TrueDepth camera's depth map and broadcasts it as an NDI video source on your local network. TouchDesigner, Notch, and any NDI-compatible software can receive the stream instantly — no cables, no complex setup.

HOW IT WORKS:

Open TDLidar and grant camera + local network permissions
Tap "Start NDI" to begin streaming
In TouchDesigner, add an NDI In TOP — "TDLidar" appears automatically
Use the included GLSL shader to decode depth values
DEPTH ENCODING: Depth values (in meters) are encoded as 16-bit precision across the Red (high byte) and Green (low byte) channels of the NDI video stream. Reconstruct in TouchDesigner with: depth = (R × 256 + G) / 65535 × maxRange

REQUIREMENTS: 
• iPhone X or later (TrueDepth camera required) 
• iOS 18.6 or later 
• Wi-Fi network (same network as your computer) 
• TouchDesigner or any NDI-compatible receiver
