Doesn’t work in my geographical area
1. My account was set on (free plan) yet I got charged for it 7.29 SAR (how is that free) I’m not sure how to stop them for charging me for the past 7 months!!!!!!
2. The app doesn’t work in the GCC yet they offer it and charge for it 😅
3. 50 minutes trying to figure out how to unsubscribe my free account 😒 and stop them from charging me!!!!!! Still I can’t find the way to so 🤯 PLEASE STOP CHARGING ME MONEY

Absolutely frustrating!
Quirky. Not user friendly. So many bugs! ALWAYS has one notification but when I search the ENTIRE APP, no sign of this notification. Absolute trash. I will NEVER use this app again. So many better options out there. Don’t waste your time.
Website is useful. App is trash.
Schedules can be clearly viewed on the website.
The app loads up with “Error loading content” dialogs... four times!!!! Clicking to Schedule tab brings up a “Something went wrong” dialog. Roster tab says “…minions had trouble fetching your roster…” and another “Error loading content”
All the while, popup ads loom at the bottom until you pay for something.
Poor quality UX with disruptive ads!
Product management should create value versus introducing friction with ad popups. Features lag and overall UX falls below industry standards. 🤮

The whole apps purpose was to say yes or no to practices or games. Now you have to pay for that feature. BRUTAL
Garbage-y ad filled app, now with unsubscribable junk email too!
The overwhelming number of adds and in-your-face subscribe tactics are bad enough, and also an indication of how poor the sales strategy is for the app (hint: pitch the team/club owners, not players and parents). The entire experience is now made worse by junk email with no unsubscribe link. I use this app because it’s how my kids’ teams communicate. If I were the one running the program, however, I’d look for an alternative.
Could be great but very buggy
This app and platform are unique and could be great, but the software is just so buggy. It hangs and crashes constantly. I’ve been reporting these issues for quite a while now but they seem to be getting worse.
Not worth it, better options available
This is a basic team scheduling and chat app but they charge $1.99 per month for the basic functionality and that’s per team member/account, which is far too much! On top of that, every time I open the app I get a full screen ad for the more expensive subscription options.
So I’m paying a monthly subscription for a basic chat and calendar app and ads. I’m stuck with this for my son’s current season but I will push back against/refuse any future teams/coaches wanting to use this app. There are far better choices, especially for the money.
Add weather
Love the app. Please add and weather warnings with an option for outdoor | Indoor events. Would help for coaches who have outdoor sports planning.
iPad app has serious UI flaws
Aside from just having issues loading messages sometimes, my biggest issue with TeamSnap (on the iPad specifically) is UI related.
Once you go into a chat or thread, you can’t get back to any other part of the app without force stopping it and relaunching. For example, if I go into the chat to read/send messages, I can no longer access the calendar, roster, or any other function - no matter where I click, there is just no way to access those features.
Please fix this incredible oversight!!
