It’s unprofessional and misleading. If they can’t deliver on their promises, they shouldn’t advertise them in the first place. Not to mention our previous bad experience where almost all restaurants were shown on the app as busy (we called the restaurants and they said they werent actually that busy)and not able to take our orders . That happened many times and we still wanted to give this a chance. Please do not promote a service you cannot manage.
