Tele Taxis

Can never get a taxi when you are trying to book it. No point in the app at all. Not worth the time it takes, not sure why they have an app when there is never any taxis available?

I have never had any issues and every driver has been efficient and friendly

Always charges an extra 50 pence when I pay with my Apple wallet, seems it’s better to pay cash in the taxi

This app used to be great but since the last update you have to pay up front, which is OK if the taxi turns up! One step forward, two steps back!

Always got a taxi. Saturdays are a bit different but it’s like that anywhere. 10/10 would recommend

App doesn’t work properly have had to re download multiple times. Pre-booking doesn't work either. Booking went through fine but when it came to my time the app said waiting on driver, phoned up and was told it was going to be at least 20 minutes wait and when I asked why my pre booking wasn’t held for me I was rudely told I would have known this had I phoned up. I was then hung up on. Rude and overall bad service.

It used to be a great service. At present waiting time for taxis can be very long. Thanks

No point ordering a taxi in advance at a set time cause it makes no difference if you order it on the spot. If they’re busy they don’t prioritise your booking they just leave you waiting

Shocking service, got a call back saying my taxi was here. No taxi appeared, called back the number stated, no one answered, then tried the main number which wouldn’t connect me, so ended up stranded at midnight. Avoid!
