Latest version scrolling issues
The latest version seems plagued by constant scrolling problems - both in chat windows and even when articles are opened inside the app. When it’s in a chat session coming out of the chat and back in addresses it, but when you’re in an article you can’t get out and have to kill the app. It’s disappointing that the developers themselves have not observed this and fixed by now, hence the poor review - fix it already

Rubbish update
I have been using private chats for several years. Now, after installing the latest update I could only send messages but no gifs etc. I tried reinstalling but now when I pick a recipient the app just shuts down making completely unusable.
Can’t transfer to my new phone
I enjoyed having Telegram for 5 years and when I got my new Apple phone, all my other apps switched over effortlessly. However I can’t recover my telegram account. I have tried the sms method 8 times. Written to customer services once. And a second time as I write this review. Googling didn’t help. How can a service with this many clients have such a poor customer service? I even tried posting on X.
Cannot Access or Delete Telegram Due to Bug
As a long-time user of Telegram and a Premium member (no longer after today), I feel compelled to leave a negative review. A few days ago, I woke up to find that the Telegram icon had simply disappeared from my home screen. I’ve searched in folders, hidden sections, and in iPhone Storage, but I can only find Telegram when I manually search for it in the App Store and press Open. I’m not receiving notifications or calls, and it’s incredibly frustrating to go through this manual process every time. I reached out to support on the very first day this issue occurred and sent a video screenshot, but I still haven’t received a response. I have no desire to use this app anymore. The most frustrating part is that I can’t even delete it to reinstall it and try to fix the issue. I am extremely disappointed with the app.

Full of people trying to scam others constant u solicited messages saying learn how I make easy money and it’s nearly always a crypto scam don’t bother downloading

Used to be great. Now it crashes every other minute, can’t remember where it left off, and is almost beyond use.

I use to love this app, now not anymore No support I emailed several times as my account is limited for no reason as someone falsely accused me of things that are not true there is no appeal process to state your case I paid for the full subscription and I can barely use it now I should get my money back for this TELEGRAM ANSWER YOUR EMAILS TO ALL THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN FALSELY ACCUSED
