Telstra Super not working on iPhone
I have noticed for some time now, that this app stopped working on iPhone.
Extremely slow startup
This app takes at least 10-15mins to open! I’ve never seen an app take this long to startup. Sometimes it doesn’t even do anything except get stuck at the splash screen.
Slow
Always slow to load, often taking over a minute to display Home Screen.
Telstra does not care about defined benefit members
Why no app functionality for DB members? Looks like Telstra & Telstra super don’t care about DB members. Usual poor attitude from Telstra.
Worst experience
With my iPhone 12max , I updated app and it just gets stuck and does not open. Tried uninstall and install still same issues. Frustrated

Not working after iOS 17.0.2
TelstraSuper App doesn’t work after iOS 17.0.2 on iPhone 11. The first screen is presented but no options to log in are available.
Very slow
App from tech giant can be better…very slow, transactions would never load…can be further improved and optimized
Can’t login after latest update
App is now useless as I can’t login since the update. Gives an error code then says tap to retry. Same result after retrying
