App has bugs
App is not being updated frequently because all the bugs are repeatedly crashing the app and automatically coming back to Home Screen … I’m facing this from the long time I don’t know why they won’t update frequently removing the bugs in the app
Bad customer service
Better go for offline marriage bureau. This is just total waste of money. Customer service is the worst. Photos and profile video will not be uploaded and even if they were, it will be those that they think are good. It’s not your choice. No responsibility from customer care. Glad I only paid for 3 months.

Worst support ever
1. Opted for assisted service which is of no use, they send you 4 profiles a week and think that their job is done, no follow ups, no insights, they give you another app called assisted service which is not at all useful except to click accept and decline 😂 2. Got it changed to regular plan, and wanted to upgrade to prime gold to manage myself, now their team is saying that, we can’t upgrade from regular to prime 😂 we need to buy prime gold again by paying total money 🙏🏻

Your assisted package is the worst package you have the manager is not bothered about you and he will not bring proper matches and he will not talk to matches and not know the reason also if they say some thing.
Useless App
This is not just Telugu matrimony to find our partners..,it’s a worst platform where the customer service won’t give time to create our profile they will directly ask for paid membership like gold/platinum etc.,after we paid they will not disturb us again by the end of membership is going to expire or you’re a free member now, they will harass you with 20 calls per day to take membership for Telugu matrimony, better don’t join in this app it’s completely fake profiles
