All doctors are licensed in the provinces they provide care in.

I booked an appointment relatively far in advance. 2 hours before my appointment they canceled it and rescheduled it for during my work hours the next week. In the email, they said if there were any issues to let them know, and that I could reply to the email with any concerns. I replied to the email that day and never got a reply. The day before the new appointment they’d scheduled me, I followed up on the email. Still no reply. Then they called me for the appointment while I was at work which I couldn’t answer (because I was working). I followed up with the email again. Still no response. Now a week later I’ve called two times on two different days during there listed calling hours and got a recording saying they aren’t taking calls and that I should call back the next day at 8am. What a waste of my time and energy.

This has been such a game changer for me ! As a busy professional, I cannot wait weeks to speak to a doctor, make an appt, and sit in a waiting room for 30 minutes. This is easy to use, and the Doctors are professional, caring and take the time to listen and ask appropriate questions to further assist in diagnoses. Prescriptions are fast tracked to the pharmacy, and the dietary and psyc consults are equally easily accessible. Amazing service, amazing app, amazing healthcare providers.

Seeing a doctor is a real challenge in BC. This app eases the stress of traveling around trying to see a doctor with no guarantee. Many things require seeing a doctor. Availability on the app can be scarce, but if you’re lucky you will find an appointment. Some doctors are more informative than others who want to rush to the next appointment.
