### *---- "Fed Up with Losing Connection!"
Every day it gets worse! I live in a half duplex, and walking from one room to another I lose connectivity. We have waited years for Fibre Optic in our neighborhood, yet still have old wired connection. Two blocks away there in Fivre Optic, but many areas in northern  Lethbridge unless they are newer areas are still reliant on older technology. When it works it’s great, but most often especially during high demand times it feels like the old days of dial up! Until Telus comes and changes over these areas to Fiibre Optic/Wireless nothing will change that! I have all my services with Telus, but Rigers is looking better by the second! It’s really difficult to run a home business online when I CDN rely on my connection. Our optic TV keeps pausing, freezing, etc so we miss half of our programs. Trying to participate in timfed online auctions is a joke, I’m outbid befofrge my bid even posts! Even sending a text in messenger I wait 15-25 seconds while it shows “sending” then it will show “Error please try again or Check Internet Connection”. I’m one extremely unhappy customer of close to 25 years. I’ve contacted Tech services many times, they do their best, but it only last a short time before we begin experiencing trouble again! PLEASE BRING your newest, fastest wireless internet technology to ALL the residents in our small city. Send out surveys to all Lethbridge residents who do not currently have/use wireless or Fibre Optic technology so that when Telus approaches our City Council to offer the installation city wide you can present tgecsurvey results. I understand Telus once
 offered city wide installation but was turned down because the city didn’t want to inconvenience the residents (I heard this through a local technician a few years ago). If the city had asked the redidrbts I’m certain they would have welcomed the opportunity, because it is far more inconvenient to NOT HAVE the new technology especially now that it seems the world practically relies on the internet for everyday living! I love having all my services with Telus, but I’m really at my breaking point right now and I don’t have the option of moving to another neighborhood where you have your best technology. Please

The Telus Wifi app does not tell me anything about my wifi network or what Telus devices are connected to it.  I expected it would tell me, at the very least, what the name of the network was.

Over a month ago, I called Telus to let them know the recording part of my system did not work after working on it with a technician on the phone for almost 2 hours still didn’t work I was told at that time in 2 to 3 business days I would have a new box three weeks later, I contacted Telus to let them know the box still had not shown up when the gentleman looked through the notes he said one wasn’t ordered within four days I received a new box. They sent me the same box you would have in your living room, or anywhere else not the main box that helps everything run, so I’m now still sitting with a box that is the wrong one. I think it’s time that Telus actually takes the time to come to your home to find out what’s going on I shouldn’t have to run up and downstairs for two hours at a time to still not have the matter fixed, but at that time they wanted me to get the camera system. They were so quick on sending me the information on that but they have not fixed my problem. I’m a customer who is really not happy with Telus right at this moment dealt with them for years never been treated this way. Unhappy customer.

One week I signed up to TELUS supposed to be getting 5G and the bars are horrible. I had a long distance call this morning dropped the call eight times. I’m feeling very discouraged about my bars being one or two???

I recently got Telus cable, because I live in a small town of 5500 people and the only Cable here since I moved here 20 years ago was Shaw, and I have been asking Telus for years when they were getting cable here and they finally did. So I switched and even though they have been saying for years that they were going to install Fibre Optic but they haven’t and to run their cable they have to adjust their internet to 15 gb to run there cable and my cell phone with Telus doesn’t work well because there’s not enough internet to work the cable and phone and since I got Telus cable and internet I can’t use my computer. Unfortunately they have lied to me for 20 years and unfortunately they don’t care.
