Will not connect to Wifi
Received ERGO Smart Pro base today. Downloaded app, setup the bed, connected to wifi and Bluetooth started using app features. App told me firmware software required, after uploading software it kicked processor off wifi. After restarting bed, deleting app and Trump loading processor will not connect and only flashes orange light. Very disappointed that a brand new base out of the box would have these issues. Madge’s me rethink twice paying the extra money for extra features. So far not worth it.
Complete Garbage AGAIN
Do these developers even test compatibility on and actual Tempur Pedic bed before releasing this nonsense? There was only one app out when I bought the bed in June 2022 and that app was garbage. The remote features would go haywire and be completely non-responsive after tapping one function. I went back and forth with customer service for months only to get the complete runaround. Nobody had any record or clue of what I was talking about every time I called and I’d had to start over from square one each time. Finally I just gave up on using this utter garbage.
Yesterday the Sleep Tracker goes offline so I decided to reload the app and see this new version. It wouldn’t connect for the entire day but this morning I saw that it finally connected. Having high hopes for the Version 2.0 I happily went to my bed to try it out. Is it better? NO IT’S THE EXACT SAME GLITCHY GARBAGE. Why did they even bother to make a new app? It’s just the same pig with different lipstick/font. Be ashamed developers. You should give your paychecks back.
Good in theory, but at least the remote works
The AI in this app has a long way to go. It’s not very accurate, but it does give some info that’s useful like snoring and other stats for some of your sleep. Last night I went to bed at 8:30p, but then something startled my dog at 11p and woke me up. I got up, checked things, then went right back to bed, but when I got up at 5:30a, the app showed I had gone to sleep at 1:14a and only got 2.5 hours sleep with 0 wake-ups. Even if this was right, and it did take me 2 hours to fall back asleep (it didn’t), the math doesn’t work there; zero wake-ups between 1:14a and 5:30a would mean I got at least 3.75 hours of sleep. The remote works well, though, so that’s good.
Firmware Update?
Same bug described elsewhere - my efforts to destress end up in sheer frustration!
Worked great until……..
Just bought the bed and base end of May 2023. It worked great and really got me focusing on how to improve my score and deep sleep. Also did t realize I snored. 2-3 weeks later it all fell apart. It did start happening after the update, just not sure when the update was, but ever since June 19, it won’t record a score or shows broken up parts of the night. Most of the time it just won give me a reading. My husbands side is off and on as well. My sister bought the same system at the same time in another county and is having the same issues. I do have a case number with the tech support. But they do not have an answer yet if what is happening. I really loved seeing all the information it supplies, but now with all the strange recordings that I have not written about, I am not convinced it all is correct. Please fix this issue, or I want my money back.
This software is still buggy and needs a fix again
The latest update has caused several problems with recording sleep correctly. It either misses when we go to sleep, and then misses when we get up, or thinks, we went to sleep, but we didn’t go to sleep, and then thinks we got up, when we were actually still in bed.
Please check your code and provide a fix asap. We just got our bed before the latest update and it worked better than it does now after this last 2.1.0 update. HELP!
Good when it works
60% of the time I get a firmware update needed prompt when trying to go into relax mode. When trying to press learn more, it immediately says all items are up to date and nothing needs updating. Close out the app and relaunch and back to the same thing. For something that is supposed to help relax, it has sure caused a great deal of frustration. I’ve tried clearing and closing everything. Power cycling my phone and bed. Negative. Manually restart the internet and zilch. I had high hopes for this bed but it appears bleak.
Amazing Sleep system
The app was very easy to pair to the base. I check my sleep score daily and so does my wife. Relaxation mode is like turning your bed into a hot tub! Great system

Wave form massage in app froze.
Unable to stop wave form massage once start in the app. Have to unplug power cable to stop it. Or it will run forever.
