The renewal does not work again on iPhone 13 Max Pro (iOs 16.4.1). It did worked 2 months ago and now again - doesn’t. When I click to subscribe / pay - the ball icon keep rotating and nothing happens. 2 months ago, It triggered apple payment. Not this time. It happened also on my old iPhone 7, but when I switched to 13 with fresh iOs - the subscription did work. But again, after either iOs or the app upgrades, it doesn’t not work anymore. Reinstalling the app does not work neither.

I have an active subscription through Apple (invoice paid) but Tennis Tv claims there is no subscription and I cannot log in on their website. They say I should contact Apple and Apple say I should contact Tennis Tv because on their side everything is ok. This is just crazy.

GOOD: + stream quality + commentry + match schedule with local time STILL TO IMPROVE: - option for screen zoom in the phone app - highlights of ALL broadcasted matches (I still dont know why some of matches dont have highlights) - possibility to download (within app) match/highlights for later offline watching - link to live coverage from live-score app’s - more coverage of doubles matches from lower ranked tournaments (250)

Atp is taking a lot of money but doesn’t fix things. The old app was way better

In short, the new app came pretty much useless. Logging put, cannot play matches, cannot locate historical matches. Bugs, slow ux. And then the support is saying that it is only suppose to work on web and mobile, they do not care about the tv app. It is not in terms and conditions. Watch out. No more premium for me Updated: Months after the new app release for apple TV4K, the quality is still terrible. The feed is good, but navigating through the app is close to impossible. There is lag of couple of seconds when you navigate the menu from point to point. If you want to watch a replay of the match, you cannot start from any moment of the match, you have to rewind by max 10 min. Imagine if you have missed last two games of a match! I gave it a couple of months of a break, pad for one month again and I see zero improvement.

First they say they got it all, then it turns out AO is not there. Now Indian Wells Women not there and the stream for men finals breaks every other minute.
