Tennis TV - Live Streaming

Please add a feature that will be able to watch SLAMS in here too. An additional purchase/payment is fine. It will just make it easier and more accessible.

They make it extremely complicated to unsubscribe. The fact that I have to spend more than 3 minutes to stop paying money is criminal.

Not a good channel. Need money for almost every match or highlights. Cant even see any highlights without paying money

The app has issues when pressing the full screen button, along with other annoying bugs. Also, UX can be improved like touching the screen while a video is playing can hide the controls.

Don’t bother with this app… Plan to watch a match, great. Here are the hurdles you have to pass (50/50 chance at best). 1. You are able to load the app (try update, delete and re-download…doesn’t matter) 2. Hope that the match is streamed… 3. Hope that you are able to navigate to find the match, generally takes a good frustrating 10 min

Over the last couple of months no improvements. Haven’t seen such a bad app before. Using Apple TV you click to select something, and then wait for 10 or 20 sec until a response comes. Some life matches stop in the middle, if you are lucky you can continue watching 10 min later. How can Apple approve such a bad application? And we even pay for it! You can open a ticket, but don’t expect anything. They don’t listen to customers or work on improving their infrastructure, just cashing in the money! Not recommended.

After I’ve paid the subscription, it doesnt allow me to view the matches. After sending in email, they told me that there is technical error and till date it’s not resolved! Even after Ive emailed them multiple times, they are not responding to emails. This is a scam app, pls folks do not subscribe to the services. Theres integrity issue here seriously.

Sign up via apple but cannot log in after that. Email them but no reply. Terrible

I’ve been a subscriber for a long time, but will not renew if the new app doesn’t improve drastically (it’s that bad). My biggest annoyance is that non-live matches are so difficult to find, and I’m not even sure I have access to all of them anymore since they are lumped in a carousel called ‘featured matches’. Also, when you scroll through the carousel of featured matches you see featured matches that were played to date, which completely ruins the results of matches earlier tournament. No I don’t have time to sit around and watch live tennis all week, so I like to start at the beginning of tournaments and watch the few matches that interest me. The old app was fine, and it was great being able to locate matches based on date.

The new App is buggy and keeping replaying the same match every time you switch to another app on your phone Everything was fine on the old app. :(
