奇妙な出来事が起こって、レミーはイカれた科学者プラフの体内に閉じ込められてしまいました。 
シンプルなタップ操作でレミーを動かして、トリッキーな障害物やダメージゾーンをかわしていき、残酷な目玉生物に立ち向かっていきましょう。目玉を食べれば、容赦ない攻撃のダメージから回復できます。アクション要素満載の凄まじいボス戦、トップダウン型プラットフォーム、魅惑的な3Dアニメーションで描かれた静脈や腸、脳みそなどのステージ。
