Never received a confirmation email
As stated in the title TenTen never sent me a confirmation email so I could start using the smart plug. Does anyone know how to contact them?

Have to login every time I open the app with not support to remember password
Password is not saved or does not work with FaceTime
These smart plugs don’t work! They won’t connect or set up. No troubleshooting online and no customer support. Don’t waste your money.
It doesn’t allow me to setup my TENTEN plug... when trying to add the device the app keeps throwing an error saying Please let the phone connect to the network... however the phone is connected and fully functioning... couldn’t find a work around... waste of money

I just bought 2 TENTEN smart plug and was able to connect them from tenten network. After that when I tried to associate it with google home app, it doesn’t move forward from ifuturehome screen.. it’s just says something went wrong. Please help me fix this
