Tesco Mobile Pay As You Go

Doesn’t work on latest iOS update. Crashes as soon as it’s opened. I moved to Tesco to have access to customer service when I need it but the app doesn’t even work. And I’m trying to add a plan for the first time and I kept getting “server down” prior to the latest iOS update crash. Do better please. Update. Deleted app / “cleared cache” multiple times. Still the same issue. Honestly, you dismissed my issue until multiple other people reported the same. I’ll be leaving. How can you have a 2.5 rating in 2024 when everything is mobile. Need to get a better developer.

The app is crashing everytime i try to open it on my iPhone

It’s stopped working. Everything up to date, but suddenly can’t top up on app - can only do it by phoning up. Please sort.

Not quite sure what is going on. But up u til today it has been working ok more or less. But today. The app won’t load. Just constantly thinking about it before timing out. Phone not working correctly although I have plenty of data and top up to use. Help!!!!!

I have tried all of your recommendations and they don’t work! Your app is basic and has issues !? MMSC says http shouldn’t this be https?!?! Deliberate hacking of my sim to target my location so the data does not work and this is someone that is doing this ?! Why dont your data work anywhere other than a specific location can you explain of No log in no security the app need to close and remove data when uninstalled and reinstalled…this app is insecure your app has been hacked and so has my sim

I use this app to top up my sisters credit on here phone, but for the past week or so the app keeps crashing when I try to use it.

After launching the app it crashes immediately. iOS 18.0.1 and app version 1.5.9. Today’s date 2024-10-13.

I switched my number over and despite removing and reloading the app, it still displays my original pay as you go SIM telephone number and not the number I have Ported over from another network. It’s just awful and part of the reason why I shall be leaving Tesco Mobile.

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and I'm using iOS 18. I've been unable to open the app for quite some time. I've tried deleting and reinstalling it multiple times, but it still won't open. As a result, I've had to top up on the web.

The app is not bad, it was always convenient, but it stopped working. It says Sorry there’s a technical hitch, this has been happening for more than one day. Now I am not in the UK but I need to top up my account, but it is impossible to do!!! If this continues, I will have to change my provider.
