Time punch functions should be removed from this app and restored to a webpage. Requiring location permissions on my PERSONAL device to clock in is ridiculous and an overreach of privacy.

used to be able to connect to the wall charger with your browser, now they make you download this trash which doesn't work on par for TESLA

I was unable to connect my wall charger to my Wifi. I followed the troubleshooting steps which prompted me to download this app and it did absolutely nothing

You need to select ‘external partner’, the login with your Tesla account. You can update WiFi, add vins etc. Tesla should make that more clear. However, this app is great for those that didn’t understand ip addresses.

This is the first piece of technology that doesn’t seem like Tesla. Hard to use spent hours trying to get to universal wall chargers to talk to each other. It’s just a major headache, waste of time!

This app is very easy to use never fails. Everything works great. I don't understand how people on here are saying it's confusing it's not.

App fails to connect to my wall connectors, and I can’t use my web browser to manage them anymore. Terrible experience.

This app does not work at all. Do better.

I’m able to get WiFi connected to my wall charger, but as soon as I disconnect Tesla One, I lose WiFi connection. Tried many times. Finally gave up.
