I tried to use this app for my registration renewal. I paid all the fees. I took all my money and charged me extra for using the app and for using a credit card and then they lost my sticker. Now they’re charging me extra for getting a replacement sticker. Will never use their app again.

I tried to create an account and it was saying incorrect code even though it was my only code

It keeps saying my 6 digit security code isn’t correct. So I can’t even create an account.

Spent all the time setting up my account and linking it to my drivers license. Then I clicked on renew drivers license and it ask you to put in your DD number. You do that and you’re in a loop that takes you back to the start page. Tried multiple times. Developer please fix app.

Should probably do a better job not requiring to enter address multiple times - for multiple vehicles and credit cards.

You enter email and it sends a code to email and I copied and pasted the code from my email and tells me it’s wrong. Not sure how it’s wrong but it is. Now I get to go wait in the office to get a new DL. Thanks guys!

Makes things easy. Don’t have to go in anywhere, just renew your registration in a few clicks! Love it!
