End of trial and subscription renewal:

- The account will be charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of the current period at the standard cost of the weekly subscription
- The user may manage the subscription and auto-renewal by accessing the user's account settings after purchase in the store
- No cancellation of the current subscription is permitted during the active subscription period

Cancelling a trial or subscription:

Love it so far
For the love interests, when it’s time to choose can you please make an option where she chooses none of them??
not recommended
constantly shows pop-ups trying to get me to buy things like coins and gems. some cutscenes are unskippable videos. some forced ads are unskippable 30+ seconds. options to remove ads are way too expensive- $13?! it’s fun, but not that fun. sometimes the game bugs out and i can’t even do anything but restart. storyline is boring. uninstalling the game and recommend against downloading it in the first place.
Was great until…
Whatever happened to your belief that players should be able to choose if they watch ads or not? Likely a level of irritation that will cause me to stop playing.
Forced ads are me stop playing
When this game first came out I really enjoyed it. I would eagerly wait for the new updates and challenges. However, after the most recent update there are now forced ads that I need to watch to continue in the game. This really slows down game play and is frustrating. Support indicated that I’d need to become a “golden ticket subscriber” to not have this happen. I’m already a gamehouse subscriber and don’t think I should need another subscription within a gamehouse game. Unfortunately, I will no longer be playing.
Almost perfect
This was one of my favourite games until ads starting popping up between every level. It would be nice if one of the in app purchases is to remove ads. Five stars when that happens.
Awesome game, but what’s with the sudden unskippable ads?
I love this game, but tonight I was faced with an unskippable ad that came up without prompting. What happened? I thought you guys were trying to keep those out.
