Not just only any drug reference that may search some meds there’s PPD or the Filipino doctor because it’s kinda accurate but the numbers of medicines and owners of pharmaceutical companies are updating weekdays except weekends so you can see the indications, precautions and availability.
The app is very easy to use for searching Doctors. It gives me a lot of option and helps me find the doctor that fits my concern and it also saves me a lot of time.
I had a paid online consult today. Logged in early, waited for almost an hour and the Doctor did not show up at all. No call, no messages. I emailed, I called up the numbers provided in the email confimration but no one is answering.
I wish to cancel my request however, there’s no cancel button here. Any development plan for this?
Not accurate data. Hindi accurate ang listing ng doctors and hospitals. Yung doctor hndi nag aaccept ng appointment
I requested for an online appointment from a physician at a specific date & time. To make the long story short, the appointment didn’t get confirmed cos it was seen late by the physician. After 3 days, when I opened the app again, this consent form keeps on popping up the screen. I will sign it and it will ask me again. It won’t let me do anything other than sign the stupid consent form! I tried force closing the app and reinstall but no luck.
WORST APP EVER ! Please refund my transaction PPD22011ABD03B walang doctor na tumawag sa kin, pay before consultation, nakakabwisit kayo, wala kayong concern sa patients nyo. NO STAR dapat to! Nakakabadtrip kayo. No calls or email to reschedule, wala. Di kayo reliable. Nag-email na ko, please refund. Maraming Salamat. Nasayang oras ko.
Super great help! Easy to navigate which definitely helps. I just wish it were easier to cancel appointments even after paying since sometimes situations arise… oh and sometimes I double check things in Messenger during the call like if I have to refer to another prescription which I am getting a second opinion on. I think I vanish when I do that? I hope that can be improved, as in keep the call going in the background like what messenger does
