Most of the functions are not working. Wanted to register as a new user to pay my bill was not able to do it

When the telangana government have stated that they will not accept from the other app merchants then they should have developed the app to accept the payments in their own app now it is saying payment limit has reached try another time if it happens all till the last due date then what shall i have to do should i go and waste my time to go to the current office and pay go digital to the government is going to go cash is this is what development

Who can use this app and pay, you should have a sense to launch any app for customers, have you tested it? What a shame that you don’t care about citizens.

The app is not tested and UPI interface does not work. Cannot even raise complaint

There is no option for HT services request to add that also on same portal

Nothing works inside this app, either payment option or other services

It was such an inconvenience to pay the bill. Looks like this app was developed by an unpaid intern. Shame on Telangana Government for causing such inconvenience to citizens. I would preciously pay my electricity bill in 30s using Paytm and now it has taken 30 minutes

Why does Govt want to pay on this website, when it is not properly functioning.

We are not able give complaints when no power in my home so kindly give good service for complaints when no power in individuals

Again, there are twitter posts to use this mobile app and they suspended support to pay the bills from Paytm, GPay .. etc
