เป็น app ปัญญาอ่อนอย่างที่เค้า review กันจริงๆ ตอนแรกสมัครด้วยเบอร์มือถือ กรอกข้อมูลวนไป 4-5 รอบ สุดท้ายขึ้น error มันทุกรอบ เข้าระบบไม่ได้ซักที จนเปลี่ยนมาใช้ email สมัครแทน ก็ดันบอกว่าเบอร์นี้เคยสมัครใช้บริการไปแล้ว ก็ใช่ไง เพิ่งสมัครไปเมื่อกี้เนี่ย แต่ app มันไม่ยอมให้เข้าระบบ จะให้ทำไง

พอ recovery pin สร้าง pin ใหม่เรียบร้อย เข้าด้วยเบอร์โทรอีกรอบ กรอก pin แสดงหน้า error มาอีกล่ะ ชีวิตติด loop กับ app นี้มาก ขอยอมแพ้

ไม่รู้ชาติไหนจะได้เข้าใช้งานระบบ เห็นเค้ารายงานเรื่องนี้ครั้งแรกตั้งแต่ 10 ต.ค. 2566 แล้วก็มีทยอยรายงานกันเข้ามาด้วยปัญหาแบบเดียวกันมาตลอด นี่อีก 2-3 เดือนก็ครบรอบ 1 ปีแล้วนะ ยังไม่คิดจะแก้กันอีกเหรอ?

มือถือรองรับการใช้งาน app นี้ตามที่ App Store แจ้งมา

โดยรวม แอพใช้งานได้สะดวกดีครับ ติดอย่างนึงตรงที่การแทรคยอดใช้จ่ายทำยากไปและต้องติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อเช็ครายการเท่านั้น แล้วก็อยากให้สามารถเพิ่ม QR Code/ Bar Code ใน google wallet และ apple wallet ได้ เพราะจะช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกในการสแกนสมาชิกได้ง่าย สะดวก และปลอดภัยขึ้นครับ
