The Coach: Mens Health & Kegel

Great app and program. Poor billing system. The app does not inform you of recurring billing and does not give you any heads up that another billing period will start. Queried this with support and basically stated it’s the users responsibility. Asked for a credit as not using the app, unfortunately not a even reply. Poor customer service.

I also have been enjoying the app. The other day it completely changed. I have submitted multiple tickets with no response. Seems to me the ongoing issue with the support team.

I bought one month for this app and cancelled the subscription after 24 hours of using the app. Its been 3 months since and they continue to charge my card and they have stolen $40 from me. I highly recommend no one to ever touch this app because they break the law and charge your card even after cancellations. This company will soon be sued.

I payed to download this app, thinking it would be straightforward but it’s complicated to navigate. It has too much information about irrelevant stuff and I did not approve having a subscription yet ‘The Coach’ app charged my credit card $19.99, not sure why when I had not approved a monthly subscription and when I tried ‘canceling’ on the app store as per the app’s instructions, I find that I have no subscription with ‘the Coach’ which confirms I had not approved a subscription. I find this practice, deceiving and and the app is not even worth downloading.

$20 a month to access an app full of lists with no info without paying an extra $60 a year for the “coach” feature…. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The Coach app transformed my health journey. Effective exercises for men, including kegels. Must-have!

I paid for a subscription and it wants me to pay again for the same thing. Notifications don’t work. I’m pretty sure their “support” team is a robot. Overall it is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

I would give them negative stars if that wa an optionI paid for the subscription and still don’t have access to the platform. I’ve sent emails and expressed my issues in their chat and I have never even gotten a response. Horrible customer service.

I just paid 19.99 for this app and now it wants me to pay more money for a subscription. My understanding was that I had a subscription. I can’t use the app without paying more money? This is a rip off.
