Lousy app or lousy staff. When asked if I can order using the apps to dine in, staff said yes. Then once I’ve eaten, I still have to pay as the one ordered on the apps is for takeaways. So now I’ve to eat the same thing twice!

Please bring back the cash top up system and point system thats redeemable for both drinks and food as we used to have with the card! This is rather useless.

I was not even called. I end up eating RM36 meal in a box with soggy salad, cold food and cold coffee. Very dissapointed!

I don’t know why i cannot log in to my account. I have tried several times, also I had try to ‘forgot password’ to reset it but its seems the apps cannot respond to it. Now i cannot log in to the apps 🥲 im just gonna uninstall cause still cannot log in 😒

Tried ordering with the app and absolutely loved the experience! Hope that there can be a ‘dine-in’ option so that the staff can prepare the order on plates/cups instead of takeaway containers, and hopefully e-wallet payment options soon? Keep up the good work!

After placing order from app ,CBTL should accept the order and notify to change the status from “waiting for confirmation” to “order accepted” on the app status.

Please amend the price on the menu to tax inclusive, they’re quite misleading
