DETROIT RED WINGS
The Detroit Red Wings will be releasing a new app for the 2022-2023 season which will be the recommended channel to store, access and transfer mobile tickets. Mobile tickets are currently accessible through the Ticketmaster app but fans are encouraged to download the new Red Wings app when it is available.

Disgrace

I am a Red Wing Season Ticket holder who is mainly out State and I give the tickets to family and friends so I need the app. Here is how the app works... at least for IPhone 11... you download the App ... transfer the tickets and then the App never works again until deleted and reinstalled.

Needs Update to work on iPhone 11 Pro

I recently got the new iPhone 11 Pro and the app keeps crashing. I have to delete and re-install the app each time I want to check my tickets. I’ve made sure the phone and apps are at the most current software versions Never had any issues with my old IPhone X so I can only think it’s something to do with the app and how it works with the new iPhone hardware

Crash Detroit City. Like the Kid Rock Of Apps

This app continuously crashes upon launch. Each time I have to look at my tickets I have to delete the app and reinstall it, and relogin, and relink my Ticketmaster account. Next day, crashes again. Repeat.

Won’t stop crashing

I’ve been trying to open the app for quite a while now....simply crashes & shuts down every single time I try to open👎🏽

Crashes Constantly

Cannot use this app. Downloaded it to view and use my Red Wings tickets. After installing, I can sign in and use it once. If I close it and open it again, it crashes. Cannot get past the load screen without crashing. Uninstall. Reinstall, sign back in, use it once, close it, open it to use again, crash. Rinse and repeat. Effectively useless.
