This app has transformed my daily eating. I love the menu builder and grocery list creator. I’ve never found such a large collection of recipes that focus on whole foods, are SUPER easy to make, have an excellent macro composition (high protein) AND truly taste amazing. I normally find that recipes fall flat on one of those categories but everything I’ve tried so far has blown me away. Hands down my most used app. Will continue to make my weekly meal plans from here and rest easy I’m getting the best nutrition for my needs.

I have never written an app review before, but I am 6 recipes into this app and every single one has been amazing! The recipes are delicious - to the extent that you feel like you’re eating at an amazing restaurant every night. My husband and I have both been wowed by every single recipe. The rich flavors shock and awe. Not to mention how great the recipes make you feel! We have tons of energy, feel full, and we know these recipes are helping our bodies function to their fullest. The recipes are so easy to follow. There is a toggle switch that allows you to choose metric or imperial, each recipe lists easy substitutions, and the directions include easy-to-follow pictures. I especially love the search engine that allows you to search for a food and find recipes that include it. It has really cut down on food waste even just in this last week of using it. I am recommending this app to everyone I know! Download it and start cooking! You won’t regret it!
I really like this app. The recipes are varied and interesting, not to mention tasty. Most are easy to make. The nutrient info is so useful. And I especially like the categories I can use to choose recipes that support specific health needs like “skin health” and “anti inflammatory”. The app has grown since I first subscribed. New updates are intelligent and useful, such as the ability to make notes for a particular recipe. This is a go-to for healthy meal preparation!
The recipes on here regularly save the day when I look at what I have in the fridge/pantry and then look up recipes to suit what I have. It has made healthy eating with lots more plants so easy and every recipe is delicious - I have not found one I don’t like. I also love his cook books and listening to the podcast
I started listening to The Doctor’s Kitchen Podcast probably was 2020 or 2021. I’ve learned so many things and it helped me not only to lose weight. Keep it off but be healthier just to begin with my blood pressure and I do have a monitor watch stays at 120/80 very just a few degrees once in a while, many other things I’ve learned so much thank you thank you thank you thank you
The recipes in this app are consistently delicious. I love the podcast and am so glad I decided to subscribe to the app. I will be adding these recipes to my old fashioned handwritten cookbook so I don’t lose them. Highly recommend.
In the allergen section, I think it would be helpful to include legumes. These can be very inflammatory, and personally as someone who has treated my MS for 13 years with only food as medicine, these are on my never list! The look of the app is great and I can see a few tasty recipes I would try!
Love the app and all the recipes, but can they please also share the Fahrenheit conversion?!
