I love this gym

Been only showing classes at home gym since Christmas. No access to additional gym and nowhere or no one to get help.

Can’t access gym classes on the app other than for my home gym, only gives me the option to favourite a handful of random gyms some that many miles away. Then updated my home gym to the one I use most, only for it to delete all my additional gyms and it won’t let me re-add these to my account. My new home gym is cheaper than the old one and I updated it 5 working days before the next direct debit is due but the app is still showing the higher amount is due for the next payment. Please fix this app…. If I can’t use the additional gyms feature then I shouldn’t be charged for it and will expect a refund.

Gym is closed I can’t get in

I purchased the membership until some time later in the month and cancelled it now, now I lost the access to a lot of stuff that’s only available for member. But technically I am a member until my package expire isn’t it?

The gym group is one of the best world class gyms I’ve experienced and I’m sure everyone will agree with me when you have the chance to train in their facilities

I am feeling positive energy and also getting fit.

Just returning to the gym to build on my cardiac rehab program. App fails to ask about health conditions. So dangerous as recommended exercises such as 22 min cardio which are very unsuitable. Developers are either ignorant or uncaring
