CONTACTLESS ENTRY 

Gain quick and easy access to your gym by scanning the QR code with your app. 

PLAN YOUR VISIT 

Check the real-time capacity of your gym using both the number of people and the percentage capacity to help you plan your visit. 

BOOK AND MANAGE CLASSES 

You can book any available classes at your gym through the app as well as managing all your existing bookings and organising face to face inductions or PT taster sessions. 

WORKOUT HUB  

Find a range of workouts tailored to your needs with personalised workout recommendations. Whether you are just starting out or looking to mix up your routine, the Workout Hub has something for everyone.  
The app also connects to HealthKit so you can track your activity from your device or wearable.  
If you prefer to follow your own routine, customise and create the perfect workout with the create your own workout feature using our extensive exercise library. The Hub also includes links to helpful videos that explain how to perform exercises.

Can’t access gym classes on the app other than for my home gym, only gives me the option to favourite a handful of random gyms some that many miles away. Then updated my home gym to the one I use most, only for it to delete all my additional gyms and it won’t let me re-add these to my account. My new home gym is cheaper than the old one and I updated it 5 working days before the next direct debit is due but the app is still showing the higher amount is due for the next payment. Please fix this app…. If I can’t use the additional gyms feature then I shouldn’t be charged for it and will expect a refund.

I'm trying to update my subscription, but the app is buggy and no one cares about it. I called, tried live chat and emailed but there was no help.
Equipment is not repaired immediately when it has problems and remains broken for long periods. 
Some cabinet doors have problems and are also not repaired.
There is rarely anyone to talk to about problems on site. So, if you really want to train here,
I strongly recommend that you make sure you never have any problems there. It will not be resolved.

I originally gave this gym a 5-star rating, but unfortunately, I now have to lower it to just 1 star. Over time, the cleanliness standards have noticeably declined. The machines are often left dirty, which is concerning for health and hygiene, especially in today’s environment where virus transmission is a serious concern. The lack of regular maintenance has become increasingly evident as well, with several machines appearing worn or in disrepair. To make matters worse, there is a visible lack of support from the staff; it’s rare to see anyone from the team checking on the facilities or assisting members. It’s disappointing to see such a drastic drop in quality, as this gym once showed great promise.

First of all the guys at this gym ( the PT’s ) are always on hand always welcoming and the classes are great and if you needed pushing they would push you. The gym itself is clean and tidy and nice and bright. Changing means are clean and tidy as well.
