The pages keeps on refreshing every minute while you are in a middle of an article, causing you to start all over again or scroll to the point you were a minute ago. I, first thought that, it was device issue but after trying the app on multiple devices, it turns out that the testing team forgot to do their job properly.

Hello Developers from The Indian express I think you guys are not paid enlightened or may be Indian express only hires intern for development of this worst app. I’m BTech IT working as a Business and Product analysis I can list down tons of improvements in this app but as of now go check the app and features by “The Hindu” app. If you can’t spend money on your team then don’t do much more research don't spend money on hiring full time developers and products team just told them to develop the app similitude to the India for iPad . Indian express did not invest in their app at all. despite of purchasing a paid subscription i dont see any perks of paying for it—-for eg, Epaper is not HD, interface is substandard. I keep getting ads. Sorry but this is not the experience i was looking for. Please look at your contemporaries who have brought good readable app. I appreciate the journalism but the app isn’t doing justice to the content in it. Mine is a feedback and not necessarily a criticism. Please work on it.

What was earlier was an intuitive and very user-friendly iPad app which has now been turned into a laggy and obscure looking website. neither the browsing is it easy now nor is the overall experience of reading news.Before launching such drastic features, please, the developers should have done some user research and testing to see what their users actually wanted.
