Two issues why i am on the verge of deleting 1) sending me notifications for celeb nonsense even though my preferences are set to avoid that. 2) if you click on a notification you do want to see immediately when it comes through the content isn’t there and you can’t find the notification again

The mirror app is so bad there is a constant grammar error and sometimes I feel like it’s written by a child and no one ever proof read it and then the news is old news and stays far too long

If your looking to have an opinion then this is the wrong place . Unless you want to know what soap star had for breakfast

Half the pages don’t download,just a front and back page . Subscription fee should be refunded.

The news content is fine, and that’s as far as it goes. Irrelevant adverts that are misleading. Poor graphics compared to biggest competitor, definitely a third rate attempt at producing a news app. Shame really as the news content makes for good reading.

I’ve been using this for years with no problems but since they changed to a paid-for model to remove adverts the app keeps overheating my 9th Gen iPad. If they think I’m going to pay £3 a month for something that was always free just to stop it overheating my iPad then they’re insane. Uninstalled and I now use the web version saved on my home screen. The browser has a built-in ad blocker which deals with the silly adverts and now my iPad doesn’t overheat. The app is now totally unworkable.
