Even when I canceled the subscription, Condé Nast debited money from my account. The customer service is an absolute disaster. Please be careful: canceled does not necessarily mean canceled. In my opinion, this app is a scam, it‘s not worth a penny.
It freezes, loads forever, stops playing articles…design is more than a pretty look
This app looks great, I love the design and typography and attention to detail. It makes it a joy to read articles. When it works. It often freezes, logs me out for no reason, and pressing the Back button goes back to the same article 6 times and only *then* returns to the actually previous article. I also couldn't find a way to return back to the main screen without tapping on that awful Back button many times. Please improve this app and make it as good as it could be!
I subscribed via the website, which makes it very difficult to unsubscribe (so far I have not succeeded). For this reason alone I would not recommend subscribing.
As others have stated, the app itself isn't bad, the articles are interesting sometimes, but trying to cancel the subscription is almost impossible. You can't do it in the app itself, you are sent to a web page which sends you around in circles and you get lost in a maze of senseless requests: "please log in to manage your subscription" and when you do, the website say, "you are already logged in/subscribed, please change your password" or something lime that. It drives you nuts. Cancelling shouldn't be this hard. I have sent an email and hope that that works. We will see.
The app should have the same features as the website, not less

Every couple of days I have to do a fresh login. No other news app has this issue. Pls fix.
It seems you now need to have an account with Conde Nast, even when you already have a subscription via the app (store). The error messages are misleading and confusing and the support staff seems to be completely in the dark about this
